On October 18, 2023, we hosted a Project Management (PM) Resource Day for our project managers, division leaders, and employees who support our PM department. During this event, we went through a walkthrough of ProjectSight and discussed best practices. ProjectSight is project management software that, in addition to its planning, scheduling, collaboration, risk management, and reporting capabilities, also integrates with our document management and ERP system.
Our PMs also learned about organizational well-being and its’ direct connection to communication and company culture (a huge thank you to Gallagher & Co.), ate too many tacos, discussed job site safety measures, toured our Fabrication Shop at the Lafayette facility, and participated in team building events at Mission: Breakout Lafayette. It was a fun and productive day! We are relieved that everyone successfully escaped and made it back to work safely the next morning.
