Last week, D.A. Dodd was proud to host Jessica Fuller, Counselor at Adams High School, as part of the South Bend Regional Chamber 2026 Educator Externship program.
Over three days, Jessica experienced the many career paths that support the mechanical construction industry through department visits, hands-on learning, jobsite experiences, and conversations with our team. The externship provided a behind-the-scenes look at the skills, technology, and teamwork that drive our work.
Programs like this help strengthen the connection between education and industry, giving educators valuable insights they can share with students as they explore future career opportunities.
