In June, members of the D.A. Dodd team attended the 2026 Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Conference. Inspired by this year’s theme, COMPASS: Charting Your Course, Connecting Your Purpose, our team participated in engaging educational sessions, meaningful discussions, and valuable networking opportunities with women from across the mechanical industry. We returned energized by the connections made, the knowledge shared, and the continued commitment to supporting and empowering women at every stage of their careers.
